lines 2012 The works in the series „Lines“ deal with a simple basic element of fine art: Lines. They describe the first motion. They are a cornerstone of design, as they are able to form objects and reshape. Sometimes the contours are precise and the lines are clearly defined. At other times they are blurred, as if they themselves would want to become a plane. Lines are tools of design in everyday life. Our entire world view is deter- mined by lines: Architecture, art, design, nature, language, time, etc. They lead us through the labyrinth of life, show directions, warn us of hidden details and accompany us all the way into our subconscious. lights i s. 84-85; detail lights ii 84 85
